When should I start planning?

Six to eight weeks out gives the invitations time to reach everyone. For The One & Only, two to three months.

What does my package include?

Every first birthday includes a room of your own, digital invitations, a high chair dressed for the day, pizza and cupcakes, drinks for the grown-ups, a slideshow of their first year, and a host who is with you from setup to cleanup. Everything beyond that depends on the one you choose. Tap “What’s included” on any of them to see every detail, or call us and we will walk you through it.

How do I hold our date?

A 50% deposit holds your date. It is non-refundable because once the date is yours, we turn other families away for it. It is never lost, though: if your plans change, it stays yours to use for 365 days. The rest is due a week before the party.

What if something comes up?

Dates change and babies get sick. Your deposit is always held for you for 365 days. Use it on a new date or, if you decide not to have a party after all, on a membership, open play or anything else you love here.

With The Golden One, choose any of our twenty-five. With The Magnificent One and The One & Only, tell us a little about your baby and we will design a theme around them.

Who brings the smash cake?

If you choose The Sweet One, bring your favorite smash cake and we will set it out for you. The Golden One, The Magnificent One and The One & Only all include the smash cake.

Do grown-ups count as guests?

They do. A first birthday is often a room full of grandparents, godparents and friends, so we count everyone. Celebrations include sixteen to seventy-two guests, depending on the one you choose. Send your final number three days ahead. Extra guests are $25 each, plus tax.

Is it calm enough for a baby?

It was made for them. There is a Little Tots Corner for crawlers, and a quiet nursing suite that is always open if someone needs a moment.

Do I have to come early to set up?

Not at all. Walk in with everyone else. The room is ready, and when the party is over, you leave the cleanup to us.

What should guests bring?

Socks for everyone, since we are a shoe-free space, and a gift if they would like. That is all.

Our baby has allergies. Can you help?

Of course. Tell us when you book and we will plan around them. We are not an allergen-free space, so we like to know early.

Where are you, and where do we park?

13802 N 32nd St, Suites 1, 2 & 3, in north Phoenix near the 51, a short drive from Paradise Valley and Scottsdale. There is ample free parking.

Is there something special for members?

There is. Members save 15% on every celebration, and The Connoisseur saves 20%. Boulevard and Connoisseur families also get first pick of Saturdays.
