The Little Play Avenue, LLC ("TLPA," "we," "us," or "our") collects personal information from parents, guardians, and authorized caregivers in connection with the operation of our facility, website, and related services. We do not collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13.

Categories of Information Collected. We may collect the following categories of personal information: (a) identifiers such as parent/guardian names, email addresses, phone numbers, and mailing addresses; (b) child names, dates of birth, and ages as provided by a parent or guardian; (c) emergency contact information; (d) payment and billing information, processed securely through third-party payment providers; (e) class enrollment, attendance, and booking records, including birthday party reservations and open play check-in data; (f) website usage data including browsing behavior, device information, IP addresses, and data collected via cookies and similar tracking technologies; (g) email engagement data such as open and click-through rates for our Little Explorers Club newsletter and marketing communications; (h) information provided through social media interactions or online forms; and (i) photographs and videos captured during classes, events, or celebrations, subject to prior parental consent.

We use the personal information collected for the following purposes: (a) to process and manage memberships, class enrollments, and event bookings through the iClassPro platform; (b) to process payment transactions securely; (c) to communicate with you regarding scheduling, cancellations, facility updates, and account-related matters; (d) to send marketing communications, including newsletters and promotional offers, where you have provided opt-in consent; (e) to analyze usage patterns, improve our services, and develop new programming based on family interests; (f) to maintain the safety and security of our facility and all attendees; (g) to manage emergency contact records and enforce membership agreements; and (h) to conduct internal business analytics and measure marketing effectiveness.

We do not sell, rent, or lease personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share personal information only in the following circumstances:

Service Providers. We engage trusted third-party service providers to assist with business operations, including iClassPro (membership and class management), payment processors, email marketing platforms, and website hosting and analytics providers. All such providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and to use it solely for authorized purposes.

Legal Compliance. We may disclose personal information when required to do so by law, regulation, or court order, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of our facility and guests, prevent or investigate fraud, or protect the rights, property, or safety of TLPA, our members, or the public.

Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide reasonable notice of any such change in ownership or control.

All information regarding minors is collected from and managed by parents, guardians, or authorized caregivers.

Photography and Media. Photographs and videos taken during classes, camps, or events may be used for sharing with parents, social media, or marketing purposes only with explicit prior written parental consent. Parents may opt out of photography, restrict usage to personal sharing only, request deletion of specific media, or review any images of their child at any time.

Parental Access. Parents and guardians may access, review, and request deletion of their child's information through our iClassPro portal or by contacting us directly.
